NEBA reported Todd Lathrop as the winner of the event held last weekend at AMF Silver Lanes in E. Hartford, CT. Lathrop defeated Bill Green 247-225 in the final match for his second NEBA title. Alex Aguiar and Sean Richard were among the other cashers.
