By way of an update, Bowl.com, the USBC’s website, is in the process of undergoing a major redesign, which can be viewed at http://beta.bowl.com There is a rudimentary RSS feed at a different URL than the one the widget for the Bowl.com RSS feed points to, so I’m guessing the RSS problem is being fixed as part of the redesign. If there is a new RSS feed that goes “live,” I’ll edit the widget accordingly.

Tony was elected for Bowling Achievement, and Mo for Meritorious Service. In addition, Mo will become the first female member of the Hall of Fame.

It should be noted that I was worried about taking this lesson on the day after a league night, but I made the realization that my feet feel better the morning after bowling if I give my feet a good hot water soak after I get home, so I’m happy to say I can manage my old injuries better now.

The series was actually a 751, and the 300 came while bowling as a substitute in the league.

As I was trying to infer from that first bit, I wanted to get to bed right when I got home. As it was, I was up listening to the end of the Red Sox season, but I still felt it better to stay offline to keep my mind calm enough to sleep.
