My own comment to the series pretty much sums it up. I had never seen the “Dead Man’s Curve” prior to today, but I felt I threw a few decent shots on it, especially in the second game. More importantly, however, I didn’t give anything away with single-pin misses…it was when I left more than one pin standing on the deck that I ran into trouble, especially with 5 splits (one, a 3-10 in the 10th frame of Game 3, made) and a couple of washouts. All-in-all, if I could be happy shooting in the 490s, today would be one of those days.
Edit to last 2 league series made: As Harry Thibeault, Jr. told me that it was “Main Street” now out on Wednesday nights, I have edited the last 2 league series on BowlSK to reflect the new oil pattern.
