Link to Mini-Eliminator added to sidebar

The recent item about Alex Aguiar’s tournament win prompted a search, the result of which is that the link to the site of the Mini-Eliminator tournament (along with a couple of other tournaments) has been placed in the sidebar under “Tournaments” (since it is not a local tournament).
