Rich Fulton makes appearance on Xtra Frame

Ryan Evans, Rich Fulton, and Danny Khuu were the Westgate Lanes league bowlers that entered this year’s USBC Masters, and Xtra Frame viewers were treated with one of them when Fulton bowled his last game of Round 1 for Squad A this morning on one of the featured pairs, 39 and 40, crossing with four-time PBA Tour titlist Ryan Shafer. In the game, Rich was clean with a four-bagger through five frames before leaving consecutive 4-6-7 splits on lane 40 (with a strike in between). Rich did find the adjustment, however, punching out with the last four for a 223 game. According to the posted standings on PBA.com, Rich (last name misspelled on the page) shot +63 (5 games, 212.60 average) on the day (Squad C was in progress at press time.).

  1. Ryan Evans appeared on the same pair for Game 3 of Squad C tonight, but struggled, posting a 160 game. Evans was crossing with PBA major winner and Team USA member Bill O’Neill.

  2. Jim Ferguson said on Facebook that Danny Khuu was also on Xtra Frame for a couple of frames Wednesday night, but I missed that because I was also bowling (in my league, of course).

  3. Rich Fulton was again on Xtra Frame for today’s “burn” squad, crossing with Wes Malott, last year’s US Open champion.
