Ed Roberts, Alex Aguiar throw first ever 600 doubles game at Westgate Lanes

What yesterday lacked in scoring pace in the city tournament was more than made up for today, with Ed Roberts and Alex Aguiar starting the day with what is thought to be not only the first 600 doubles game in the history of Westgate Lanes, but in all of the Brockton Bowling Association’s history. Alex also added games of 234 and 269 in the event for an 803 series.

It was also a good day for Steve Travers, as he had a 290 game in singles, and followed that up with a 299 game in team. Finally, Matt Yandek also had a 299 game in the doubles event for a total of six honor scores today.

Congrats everyone! 😀
