Bourdon and DeMarsico throw state tournament record 1,578 doubles set

I already noted one record score today, but I was made aware tonight of another state tournament record, this time in doubles, by Chris Bourdon and Scott DeMarsico, bowling out of Mt. Greylock Bowl in N. Adams, with a 1,578 set. Bourdon shot 788 and DeMarsico 790 in the effort, which took place on the 3:30 squad. Scott, coincidentally, was co-holder of the old doubles record, a 1,574 with Gary Superneau in 2007 at Mt. Greylock Bowl.
