If you were a spectator at Westgate Lanes today, you got “two for the price of one”, as both the Bay State Open and the Eliminator were going on (with the Brockton youth honor squad also going on, which I’ll have results for later). In the Bay State Open, Louis Petrillo came away the winner after defeating Mark Zimmerman 250-205 (with handicap) in the final match. Matt Richard and Devon McGregor were the other Westgate bowlers in the head-to-head finals.
In the Eliminator, an exciting final match came down to the last ball, with Peter Arsenault a 256-251 (with handicap) winner over AJ Voisine. Tina Gannon was eliminated in 3rd place in the second eliminator round, and Matt Richard and Jim Ferguson were eliminated in the first eliminator round. Arsenault also had a 290 game during qualifying.
