The Northeast Amateur Tournament reported on their website that Lance Mugford was the winner of the event on Dec. 5 at Westgate Lanes. Lance defeated Mark Juliano, 249-217 (with handicap) in the final match, which was reduced from the normal two games to one game due to time constraints. The Westgate bowlers who cashed were Hy Bao, Jim Ferguson, Sean Richard, John Hayes Jr., Matt Richard, and Stan Lewis.
Also, Mike Macedo had a 299 game during qualifying for this event.
