Jake Tobin scores 300 in Patriots league

Moe Wideman completes Silver level coaching certification
Per the post above, Moe Wideman, president of the Boston Rhythm & Bowling league, has completed his USBC Silver level coaching certification, doing so through USBC Gold coach Ron Hatfield. Moe has primarily been working with the TNBA Boston Senate youth program at Boston Bowl.
Congrats Moe, and best wishes in whatever you do with your new certification.
Jim Ferguson rolls 299 in BSO opener in Malden
Sean Richard reported to me that Jim Ferguson had a 299 game Sunday in the Bay State Open season opener at Town Line in Malden. Great game!
Chyna Sindrome takes 28 from Phoenix in UBA season opener
As announced in UBA Today, Chyna Sindrome, the former Westgate Warriors now based out of Walnut Hill Bowl, scored a 28-12 decision over Phoenix season tour opener at Brunswick Zone Lowell. The article mentions Jim Ferguson (714) and Jon Hester (731) as the team members with at least 700 in the match.

Congratulations to Jake Tobin, with what was likely the first 300 game at Westgate this season last night in the Brunswick Mixed league. We should be able to confirm whether it was the first in the association soon.
