The People’s Tournament reported Eric Durden (Westgate Lanes, 177 avg.) as the winner of the event held on May 19 at Westgate Lanes, defeating Robert Dimuccio Sr. (AMF Lang’s Lanes {RI}, 188 avg.) by a score of 288-167 (with handicap) in the final match. Other Westgate Lanes bowlers cashing were Kris Higgins (3rd, 196 avg.), Stan Lewis (195 avg.), and Brian Alleyne (175 avg.). Edward Hoefler (185 avg.) represented AMF Taunton Lanes among the other cashers.
