True Amateur Tournaments reported Ed Roberts as the 4th place finisher overall, first in the 55 & over scratch division, of the True Amateur Tournaments Summer Classic this week at The Orleans in Las Vegas. The overall champion was Jim Martino of Niagra Falls, NY, with Alex Hoskins of Pocatello, ID finishing second. Tyrone Thornton of Mattapan, MA, who also bowls in the Coke Classic league, also cashed in the 189 & under handicap division.
