For any woman interested, Eric Mahoney has sent me the flyer and rules for the US Women’s Open qualifier, which I have combined into a PDF here (though the conversion of the second page wasn’t perfect). Entrants may print out the flyer, complete the form on the first page (with payment) and send it to the bowling center. Thank you Eric.
