With nine entries, Hy Bao was the winner with an 898 series, with only the 6-10 preventing him from claiming the 900 jackpot, and Stan Lewis was 2nd with 875. Brian Egan remarked to me that this was probably the highest-scoring no-tap tournament he’s been in, as I think he told me he had something like an 850 and didn’t cash.
