On the heels of the news that Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts has entered the PBA’s World Series of Bowling at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno in December, Brian Gaskill, through a comment to Jeff Richgels’ Facebook post about this, alerted me to a Comcast Sports Net New England blog post featuring video of Mookie bowling with CSNNE’s (and WEEI’s) Lou Merloni back during spring training. I’d rather not venture a guess at how Mookie will fare at the WSOB, but probably the safe assumption after viewing this video is that he won’t be as bad as Terrell Owens. 🙂
